Abstract:
Disclosed is a tin-electroplated steel plate, comprising a tin-plated steel plate and a passivation film. The tin-plated steel plate comprises a steel substrate and a tin plating; the tin plating covers the surface of the steel substrate; the tin plating comprises a pure tin layer and a tin-iron alloy transition layer between the pure tin layer and the steel substrate; the surface of the tin plating is covered with the passivation film; a chromium content in the passivation film is 3.5-36 mg/m2; the chromium content comprises a metal chromium content and a chromium oxide content. Also disclosed is a passivation treatment solution, used for forming the passivation film in the tin-electroplated steel plate. A solvent of the passivation treatment solution is water. The passivation treatment solution contains: chromic anhydride having a concentration of 20-180 g/L; and an additive selected from the group consisting of: sulfuric acid having a concentration of 0.2-0.8 g/L, sodium sulfate having a concentration of 0.5-3.5 g/L, fluosilicic acid having a concentration of 0.8-2.5 g/L, and sodium fluosilicate having a concentration of 1.5-6.5 g/L. In addition, further disclosed is a method for manufacturing the tin-electroplated steel plate.
