Abstract:
A tin soldering device for an electric control element of a new energy vehicle, comprising a cylinder body (1), a holding handle (2) extending out of an external surface of a side of the cylinder body (1); a connecting disc (3) which is fixedly connected to a rear end of the cylinder body (1); a motor (4) which is provided on a rear end surface of the connecting disc (3); and a mounting plate (5) which is fixedly mounted on an outer surface of a side of the motor (4), a front end of the mounting plate (5) being fixedly connected to a rear end surface of the connecting disc (3). A connecting cylinder (7) is movably sleeved on a front end of the cylinder body (1); a rotary shaft (6) penetrates an inner side of the cylinder body (1) and connecting cylinder (7); an upper end of the rotary shaft (6) is connected to an output shaft of the motor (4); a spiral square strip (13) is fixedly sleeved on an outer surface of the rotary shaft (6) close to an inner side of the connecting cylinder (7); and an outer surface of the periphery of the spiral square strip (13) is movably attached to an inner wall of the connecting cylinder (7). In the tin soldering device, a tin soldering process is simplified, the stability of tin soldering is improved, and the efficiency and yield are improved.
