Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of tire production. Disclosed are a tire forming machine and a forming method therefor. The tire forming machine comprises a belt drum, a forming drum, a first conveying rail, a first transition conveying device, a rear pressure roller device, a second conveying rail and a first feeding device, wherein the rear pressure roller device and the first transition conveying device are movably mounted on the second conveying rail; the first feeding device can provide first rubber to the forming drum by means of the first transition conveying device; the first transition conveying device has, on the second conveying rail, a first feeding position in butt joint with the first feeding device, and a first butt-joint position in butt joint with the forming drum; and the rear pressure roller device has, on the second conveying rail, a rolling position in butt joint with the forming drum, and a first avoiding position for avoiding the first transition conveying device.
