The present invention relates to a tire structure comprising, inside a tire, spikes that are coupled to the tire and connected with tire deformation for a power generation system using tire deformation and a method for manufacturing same, the method enabling manufacturing of an integrated tire which has coupled therein spikes that are connected with tire deformation while running. A tire structure comprises: a spike forming layer for coupling and fixing spikes inside a tire; and a spike protection layer for protecting the spikes inside the tire, thereby stably coupling and fixing the spikes, which are for a power generation system using tire deformation, inside the tire. In addition, by means of a structure in which the spike forming layer couples and fixes the spikes by covering flange portions of the spikes or in which protrusion portions of the spikes are embedded in the spike forming layer and then are coupled and fixed to a cover portion, the spikes can be stably coupled and fixed inside the tire.
