Abstract:
A tire structure, comprising a tire inner liner (1) and a working layer covered along the circumference of an inner crown portion; the working layer comprises, from the inside to the outside, a substrate layer (2), a thermoelectric layer (3) and a protective layer (4) sequentially arranged, and the working layer has a thermoelectric and piezoelectric effect, being able to convert the stress caused due to tire temperature rise and periodic compression deformation into an electrical effect, such generated electricity being able to supply power to sensing devices of the tire. The tire structure can reduce the temperature of the inner wall of a tire by means of energy conversion, improving the safety of the tire; and the problem of supplying power to internal sensors of a smart tire is solved, facilitating the miniaturization of the sensors.
