Abstract:
The present invention improves tire production efficiency. The device is provided with a conveyance means for conveying a rigid core with attached tire in a horizontal orientation to an emplacement position (P1), a pre-heating means for pre-heating at a pre-heating position (P2), a vulcanizing means for vulcanizing at a vulcanizing position (P3), a cooling means for cooling at a cooling position (P4), and a transfer means. The transfer means has a revolving arm, which is capable of revolving horizontally around a revolution shaft center and of being raised and lowered, and which receives the rigid core with attached tire from the conveyance means, the pre-heating means, the vulcanizing means, and the cooling means and delivers same thereto at the respective positions (P1-P4). The emplacement position (P1), the pre-heating position (P2), the vulcanizing position (P3), and the cooling position (P4) are disposed on the same circumferential line that has the revolution shaft center as the center.
