Abstract:
A tire vulcanizing method and a tire vulcanizing process setting method capable of fulfilling the requirements for allowable vulcanization degree range and allowable maximum temperature pre-determined for each of all of a plurality of tire portions including at least bead parts (BD) and shoulder parts (SH). In the tire vulcanizing method, heating plates (7) and (8) are allowed to abut on the outer surface of a vulcanizing mold (1) and a thermal fluid is supplied to jackets formed in the heating plates (7) and (8). The requirements for supplying the thermal fluid including type, fluid temperature, and supply timing are at least partly differentiated between the inner jackets and the outer jackets.
