Abstract:
In one embodiment of a tire (10) according to the present invention: a plurality of carcass plies (50a) include a first carcass ply (51); a first end portion (51a), which is a distal end portion of a part of the first carcass ply that is folded back around a bead core, is positioned to the outside, in the radial direction of the tire, of a position (WL) at which the tire width direction dimension is greatest, and is positioned in a boundary portion (14) of a tread portion (11) and a side wall portion (12); and in a part positioned to the outside, in the radial direction of the tire, of the position at which the tire width direction dimension is greatest, a dimension (T5) in the thickness direction of the tire, between the part of the first carcass ply that is folded back around the bead core, and an outside surface (12a) in the width direction of the tire, is greatest between the first end portion and the outside surface in the width direction of the tire.
