Abstract:

In a pneumatic tire (10), a ratio TW/SW between a ground contact width TW of the tire and a maximum width SW of the tire is no less than 0.75 and no greater than 0.95. An outside edge of a belt layer in a tire width direction extends in a tire circumferential direction, and is located further outside in the tire width direction than a circumferential direction groove formed furthest outside in the tire width direction. In a block (100), a width direction sipe (111) extending in the tire width direction and closest to an edge of the block (100) in the tire circumferential direction, and a width direction sipe (112) adjacent to the width direction sipe (111) in the tire circumferential direction and extending in the tire width direction, are formed. A distance (L11) along the tire circumferential direction from the edge in the tire circumferential direction to the width direction sipe (111) is greater than a distance (L12) along the tire circumferential direction from the width direction sipe (111) to the width direction sipe (112).
