Abstract:
Provided is a tire, comprising a crown (1), two sidewalls (2), two beads (4), and a carcass reinforcing member (3); the crown (1) comprises a tread rubber layer (11), a steel wire layer, and a nylon fiber layer; the steel wire layer and the nylon fiber layer are successively attached to the inner side of the tread rubber layer (11) to form a crown reinforcing member (12); each of the two sidewalls (2) whose ends extend toward the center of the tire is connected to both sides of the crown (1); the two beads (4) are arranged on the inner sides of the ends of the two sidewalls (2), respectively, and comprise an annular steel wire structure (42) and a bead filler (41); the carcass reinforcing members (3) evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the tire are attached to the nylon fiber layer, and the two ends extend along the inner walls of the sidewalls (2) and are respectively arranged wrapped around the two beads (4); the bead filler (41) is located on the radial outside of the annular steel wire structure (42); the reasonable offset of the positions of intersection of each component is such that the stress is effectively dispersed on the sidewalls, and, by means of the optimization of the bead fillers and sidewall rubber material, the stress concentration of each part is reduced, thus improving the rolling resistance of the tire.
