Abstract:
Provided are a tissue body formation device that enables an improvement in the ratio of a dense connective tissue, and a tissue body formation method. An exterior part 10 that separates an environment and a hollow space in a partition wall is provided with a plurality of through holes 20H and 30H leading from the environment to the hollow space. The opening size of the through holes 20H and 30H is 0.02-2.5 mm inclusive. In the connective tissue body, the part requiring a dense connective tissue is a dense part. The surface of the partition wall in contact with the dense part is composed of a non-degradable resin. The compression strength of the non-degradable resin is 10-60 MPa inclusiveve and the water contact angle of the non-degradable resin is 90°or more.
