Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tissue grinder and enzyme reactor for cell culture and, particularly, to a tissue grinder and enzyme reactor for cell culture comprising: a main body; a power generation unit installed inside the main body; a screw block rotated by means of the power generated by the power generation unit and having a helical protrusion formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof; a mesh sieve that is rotated by means of the power generated by the power generation unit in the opposite direction to the rotational direction of the screw block, and into which the screw block is inserted so that the inner surface of the mesh rubs against the outer surface of the screw block to grind human tissue; and a reaction cup, installed so as to surround the mesh sieve, that causes an enzyme-containing reaction liquid introduced therein to react with the ground human tissue coming out of the mesh sieve. As such, the present invention has the effect of allowing the grinding of human tissue and the reaction with the enzyme to occur simultaneously.
