Abstract:
A titanium alloy that comprises, in mass%, 0.10%–0.30% C, 0.001%–0.03% N, 0.001%–0.03% S, 0.001%–0.03% P, 0.001%–0.10% Si, 0.01%–0.3% Fe, no more than 0.015% H, and no more than 0.25% O, with the remainder being Ti and unavoidable impurities. The titanium alloy is characterized by the surface layer thereof being an α single phase.
