Abstract:
Provided is an isolated clone and breeding application of a tobacco mosaic virus (TMV)-resistant gene (N'au). The nucleotide sequence of the tobacco mosaic virus (TMV)-resistant gene (N'au) is shown in SEQ ID No. 1, and an amino acid of a polypeptide encoded by the same is shown in SEQ ID NO. 2.
