Abstract:
A tofu (soybean curd) manufacturing device (1) that is equipped with: a cutting unit (20) for cutting a continuously conveyed sheet of tofu dough (T1) into a plurality of tofu products (T3) in a preset size; a packing unit (30) for packing the tofu products (T3) into packs (P); a pack water supply unit (80) for supplying pack water to the packs (P) containing the tofu products (T3); and a weighing unit (50) provided between the packing unit (30) and the pack water supply unit (80) for measuring the weight of each tofu product (T3) contained in the pack (P) and outputting the net weight by subtracting the pack weight (tare). Thus, stable products with no variation in the net tofu weight can be manufactured.
