Abstract:
A toilet apparatus, wherein when detection signals from a seating detection means (16) is inputted, the selector valve (9) is switched to a nozzle washing passage (13) to open a water stopping solenoid valve (4) and, after a specified time, an incoming water temperature is detected based on a temperature detected by a temperature detection means (17). Also, a power of 1/2 or less of a rated input is inputted into a heater (8) and, based on a variation in the temperature detected by the temperature detection means (17), the presence or absence of water is detected, and then a flow rate is detected based on a time in which the temperature detected by the temperature detection means (17) varies. Thus the toilet apparatus can perform a specified hot water temperature control with low cost structure without using a flow sensor.
