Disclosed is a toilet flushing device with reduced noise. The device comprises a flush valve and a drainage pipeline. One end of the drainage pipeline communicates with the flush valve, and the other end of the drainage pipeline communicates with a toilet bowl. An overflow passage through which water flows and at least one air discharging passage communicating with the exterior are provided in the drainage pipeline. When the water flows to the overflow passage, part of or all of air in the overflow passage is discharged by means of the air discharging passage. In the present invention, during flushing, most of air in the flush valve and air in the drainage pipeline can be discharged by means of the air discharging passage or stored in the air discharging passage, thereby eliminating noise generated by a large amount of air flowing through the drainage pipeline to a spray hole at the bottom of the toilet bowl, mixing with water, before being sprayed out; thus effectively resolving the issue in which noise is generated during flushing performed by the toilet flushing device.
