Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of compensators and provides a tolerance compensator. The tolerance compensator comprises: a first adjusting assembly, which is provided with an accommodating space and an adjusting part, the structure of at least one part of the first adjusting assembly being arranged in a first preset piece, and a second preset piece being arranged on one side of the first adjusting assembly so as to adjust a Z-direction distance of the first preset piece relative to the second preset piece; and a second adjusting assembly, which is specifically arranged on a tolerance part of the accommodating space, the structure of at least one part of the second adjusting assembly being exposed out of the first adjusting assembly, and the structure passing through the tolerance part and being connected to the second preset piece so as to adjust, by means of the tolerance part, an X-direction position and/or a Y-direction position of the first preset piece relative to the second preset piece. On the basis of the combined action of the first adjusting assembly and the second adjusting assembly, the Z-direction, X-direction and Y-direction positions of the first preset piece relative to the second preset piece can be achieved, so that an installation error between the first preset piece and the second preset piece is eliminated.
