Abstract:
This toner for electrostatic-image development contains a binding resin, a coloring agent, a charge control agent, and a thickener, wherein the binding resin is a copolymer that includes a styrene-based monomer unit and a (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit, the thickener is a resin that includes nitrogen atoms, and the content of the nitrogen atoms is 150 to 1,500 mass ppm with respect to the toner for electrostatic-image development.
