Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to simply and quickly release a tonneau cover from a locked state. An engagement part (52) is provided on a disk-like lock member (50) provided on a recessed part (31). The engagement part (52) of the lock member (50) is rotated from the position at which a boss (21) of a terminal side of the tonneau cover is received to the position at which the winding biasing force of the toner cover (20) will not cause the engagement part (52) to rotate in the reverse direction. The boss (21) of a terminal side of the tonneau cover is held, positioned at the receiving position by a first restriction part (44) and a spring, and positioned at the non-reverse-rotating position by a second restriction part (45). The engagement part (52) may be provided with an opening on the inner circumference side of the recessed part (31), or the recessed part may be provided in a vehicle interior panel (30), or a dampener (70) for providing a dampening action with respect to the lock member (50) may be provided.
