Abstract:
According to the present invention, a tool rest (31) includes a clamp mechanism part (131) and a first piston (61). The first piston (61) has a first facing section (63) and a second facing section (64) and the clamp mechanism part (131) has a lever (135). The first piston (61) reciprocates between a first position at which a lever (135) and the first facing section (63) make contact with each other and the clamp mechanism part (131) is driven into a clamped state, and a second position at which the lever (135) and the second facing section (64) make contact with each other, and the clamp mechanism part (131) is driven into an unclamped state. The tool rest (31) includes a second piston (71) that causes the first piston (61) to move to a third position between the first position and the second position. When the first piston (61) is positioned at the third position, the lever (135) is spaced apart from the first facing section (63) and the second facing section (64).
