Abstract:
This tool damage probability estimation device is a device for estimating the probability of damage to a tool used for processing a workpiece, and comprises a first estimation unit and a second estimation unit. The first estimation unit estimates at least one damage evaluation parameter for evaluating a state of damage that has occurred to the tool by inputting a state quantity of the tool to a first learning model. The second estimation unit estimates a damage probability or a damage risk by inputting, to a second learning model, the damage evaluation parameter estimated in the first estimation unit.
