Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a tool having a cutting blade, the tool having a cutting blade comprising a base body (1) that is used for support, a cladding layer (2) that is used for forming a cutting blade, and a transition zone (3) that connects the base body (1) and the cladding layer (2). The manufacturing method thereof comprises: providing a first material, which is used for forming the base body (1) and which is provided with a first side surface; providing a second material, cladding the second material onto the first side surface by using a manner of laser cladding so as to form the cladding layer (2), and forming the transition zone (3), which combines the first material and the second material in a metallurgical state, between the cladding layer (2) and the base body (1). The tool obtained by using the foregoing manufacturing method has the characteristics of having a tough body, and having a hard blade, while the body and the blade are not easily disconnected, the tool also having a long service life.
