Abstract:
A tool for replacing a filter element of a wind turbine generator unit, the tool comprising a replacement platform (1), wherein a combined clamping seat (2) is assembled in the middle of a top end of the replacement platform (1), and a filter cartridge body (3) is arranged right above the combined clamping seat (2); and an upper positioning device (4) is arranged on one side of the top end of the replacement platform (1). By means of providing a collection cylinder (8), a funnel (12), a foldable sleeve (11), the combined clamping seat (2), a sealing chuck (9), a threaded sleeve (10), a clamping column (13) and a combination flat plate (7),when the filter cartridge body (3) is fixed to the middle of a top end of the combined clamping seat (2), the funnel (12) is combined with the collection cylinder (8), which also has a hollow structure inside, by means of the foldable sleeve (11), the sealing chuck (9) and the threaded sleeve (10), so as to play, during the process of using the entire tool to detach a filter element, a certain role in assisting with collecting part of the oil flowing in through an oil outlet of the filter cartridge body (3). Therefore, the later operations of a recovery treatment of the oil are more convenient and rapider; moreover, an entire tool platform surface is effectively prevented from being contaminated due to oil spilling out.
