Abstract:
A tool used for processing ultralight steel column bodies, said tool being provided with a work platform (1), a feeding apparatus (2) a transferring apparatus (3) and a receiving apparatus (4), the work platform (1) comprising a plurality of support legs (11) and a platform surface (6) arranged at upper ends of the support legs (11), the feeding apparatus (2) comprising a plurality of guide rails (7) obliquely arranged from top to bottom at one side of the platform surface (6), the transferring apparatus (3) comprising a frame (8) and a plurality of guide wheels (9) arranged at intervals on the frame (8), the frame (8) being connected to a lower end of the guide rails (7), the receiving apparatus (4) being movably arranged downstream of the transferring apparatus (3), a receiving portion of the receiving apparatus (4) being flush with an upper end of the guide wheels (9). The tool has a stable structure and operates smoothly, thereby increasing the work efficiency of transferring ultralight steel column bodies.
