Abstract:
A tooling system and method for assembling three-way valves (800). The system comprises: a base (300), a mounting plate (400), a connecting device (500), a control device (600), a power device (700), a three-way valve die (100), and an inlay die (200). The connecting device (500) is disposed on the base (300). The connecting device (500), the mounting plate (400), and the control device (600) are sequentially arranged. The connecting device (500) is used for mounting the control device (600) on the mounting plate (400), and is connected to the three-way valve die (100). The control device (600) is connected to the power device (700). The three-way valve die (100) is mounted on the base (300). The three-way valve die (100) is provided with at least one groove (110). The groove (110) is used for mounting the three-way valves (800). The inlay die (200) is mounted on the power device (700), and is provided with at least one mounting hole (210). The mounting hole (210) is used for mounting inlays (900), and arranging same in the three-way valves (800) by sliding up and down. According to the technical solution, the three-way valves (800) are mounted in the three-way valve die (100), and the inlay die (200) is controlled to move downwards, so that the three-way valves (800) are fixedly connected to the inlays (900), and thus automatic mounting of the three-way valves (800) and the inlays (900) is achieved, and the problems of inconvenience and low working efficiency of manual mounting of the three-way valves (800) are solved.
