A toothbrush control system, a smart toothbrush (100), and a toothbrush system (1). The toothbrush control method comprises: a processor (121) obtains tooth positioning reference data and positioning data of a toothbrush head (110) (S210); the processor (121) determines a relative pose to be compensated of the current brushing position and the toothbrush head (110) according to the tooth positioning reference data and the positioning data of the toothbrush head (110) (S220); the processor (121) determines a compensation angle according to said relative pose (S230); and the processor (121) controls a connecting device (130) to perform pose compensation on the toothbrush head (110) according to the compensation angle (S240). The processor (121) can obtain an accurate relative pose relationship between the current brushing position and the toothbrush head (110) according to the positioning data of the toothbrush head (110) and the tooth positioning reference data, so as to determine the compensation angle for compensation, thus effectively improving the quality of tooth brushing.
