Description:
TOOTHBRUSH OF FILLING IN TOOTH POWDER

Technical Field The present invention relates to a toothbrush of filling in tooth powder in which a tooth powder is filled within a grip of a toothbrush, and the tooth powder in the grip of the toothbrush is easily drawn out through a drawing hole by an action of a piston connected to a multi-stage guiding axis, which is operated by simply rotating a rotating means installed on a lower part of the grip.

Background Art In conventional toothbrush having a tooth powder within, a transferring screw is installed in a grip of toothbrush, a piston is installed on the transferring screw to move up and down, and a controlling tap is installed on the lower end of the grip. With this construction, the tooth powder filled in the grip is drawn from the grip to bristles of toothbrush out through a passage when the controlling tap is rotated and the transferring screw is rotated to move the piston up and down.

The Korean Utility model registration No. 20-0249253, which is invented and filed by the inventor(applicant) of the present invention, describes a toothbrush having a tooth powder therein. As will seen from the Fig.1 and Fig. 2, in the toothbrush having the tooth powder within, a transferring screw 10 is installed in a grip 4 of a toothbrush 1 , a piston 12 is installed on the transferring screw 10 to move up and down, and a controlling tap 13 is connected to a lower end of the transferring screw 10. a prominence and depression 14 is formed on a circumference of the lower end of the screw and a inner circumference of the piston respectively, and a cap 11 is positioned between the tap and the grip. Further, a transparent window 4a is formed on a side of the grip 4, and a passage 8 is formed in a bristle part 3 connected to the grip 4. Therefore, in case of rotating the controlling tap 13 installed on the lower end of the grip 4 of the toothbrush 1 , the transferring screw 10 connected to the controlling tap 13 is rotated to move up the piston 12. At this time, as a tooth powder(not shown) is filled in the grip 4, the tooth powder is passed through the passage 8 to the bristle 3 of the toothbrush 1 by the moving-up motion of the piston 12. In the conventional toothbrush having the tooth powder therein, however, the tooth powder is stuck to the transferring screw 10 as the tooth powder filled in the grip 4 surrounds the transferring screw. At this moment, a smooth moving-up/down of the piston 12 cannot be achieved by the tooth powder stuck to the screw. If the tooth powder stuck to the screw is solidified, the drawing out of the tooth powder is impossible. Furthermore, in case of filling the tooth powder in the grip 4 of the toothbrush 1 , there is a problem that the bristle part 3, which is connected to the grip by a screw, is first separated, and then the tooth powder is filled in the grip through a narrow screw hole formed in the grip, thereby making it difficult and inconvenient to fill the tooth powder.

Disclosure of the Invention Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the problems involved in the prior art, and to provide a toothbrush of filling in a tooth powder, which can be carried with easy and hygienic, in which when a rotating tap connected to the lower part of a grip of a toothbrush having tooth powder therein is rotated to lift up and down a piston coupled to a multi-stages guiding axis through a screw thread formed on an inner circumference of a containing hole, the tooth powder in the containing hole of the grip is easily drawn out through a passage. In addition, as the multi-stages guiding axis connected to the piston has a number of stages formed in telescopic and is telescopically lifted up and down, it is possible to prevent the tooth powder in the containing hole of the grip form attaching the guiding axis. Further, it is easy to refill the tooth powder in the containing hole after separating a bristle part from the grip.

Reference will now be made in detail to preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view of a toothbrush of filling in tooth powder according to the present invention, and Fig. 4 is a perspective view of an assembled toothbrush of filling in tooth powder according to the present invention. In the drawings, an containing hole 120 for filling a tooth powder is formed in a grip 110 of a toothbrush 100, a piston130 is installed in the containing hole 120 to move up and down, a rotating tap 240 is connected through a cap 140 being coupled to a lower end of the grip 110 by a screw to a hollow multi-stages guiding axis 210 which is connected to the piston, a transparent window 160 is formed on a side of the grip 110, and a tooth powder passage 190 is formed in a bristle part 180 which is coupled to the grip 110 by a screw part 170. A screw thread 111 is formed on the inner circumference of the containing hole 120 of the grip 110, and the piston 130 installed in the containing hole 120 for filling the tooth power is provided on the circumference thereof with a screw thread 131 to engage the screw thread 111 in the containing hole 120. Hook-type elastic latches 200 and 200' are positioned on both side of the lower end of the piston 130, and the hollow multi-stages guiding axis 210 is connected and fixed to the lower end of the piston 130 by the hook-type elastic latches 200 and 200' being inserted into the upper part of the multi-stages guiding axis 210. The guiding axis is shaped as a telescope and has a number of stages(parts) in which a protruding part 211 is vertically formed on an outer side of each stage excepting the uppermost stage and a recess 212 corresponding to the protruding part is formed in the inner side of each stage excepting the lowermost stage, thereby moving up and down the guiding axis in telescopic to lift up and down the piston. Further, a lever part 230 is connected to the lower stage of the multi-stages guiding axis 210 to protrude from a cap 140 of the grip 110. A ball 220 elastically operated by a spring(not shown) is installed in a side of the lever part to project partly from the side. The rotating tap 240 having a jointing hole 241 is connected to the lever part 230 under the cap 140 of the grip 110. The operation and effect of the present invention is described as follows. As will be seen from the Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, in the state of tooth powder being filled in the containing hole 120 in the grip 110 of the toothbrush 100, as the piston 130 is installed in the containing hole 120 to be able to move up and down and the rotating tap 240 is connected through the cap 140, which is coupled to the lower end of the grip 110 by the screw, to the multi-stages guiding axis 210 connected to the lower end of the piston 130, when rotating the rotating tap 240 under the grip 110, the stages of the guiding axis 210 is lifted up in sequence to raise the piston 130. Therefore, the tooth powder is passed through the tooth powder passage 190 in the bristle part 180, which is connected to grip 110 and the screw part 170, to the bristle part. At this time, as the transparent window 160 is formed on the side of the grip 110, it is possible visually to confirm the amount of consumption of the tooth powder filled in the containing hole 120. Meanwhile, as the screw thread 131 is formed on the circumference of the piston 130 which is installed in the containing hole 120 of the grip 110 and a screw thread 111 is formed on the inner circumference of the containing hole 120 of the grip 110, the piston 130 installed in the containing hole 120 for filling the tooth powder is engaged with the screw thread 111 of the containing hole 120 to perform the moving up and down motion. Further, as the hook-type elastic latches 200 and 200' positioned on both side of the lower end of the piston 130 are inserted into the uppermost of the stage of the hollow multi-stages guiding axis 210, the piston 130 can be firmly and closely fixed to the hollow multi-stages guiding axis 210. Further, as the protruding part 211 is vertically formed on the outer side of each stage of the multi-stages guiding axis 210 excepting the uppermost stage, the recess 212 corresponding to the protruding part is formed in the inner side of each stage of the guiding axis 210 excepting the lowermost stage and all the stages of the guiding axis 210 are connected with each other in sliding fashion through the protruding part 211 and the recess 212, the stages of the multi-stages guiding axis 210 are sequentially and telescopically moved up and down to lift up and down the piston. Further, as the lever part 230 positioned under the multi-stages guiding axis 210 is shaped as a quadrangular, a hexagonal or the like and projected the lower part of the cap 140 of the grip 110, the lever part 230 can be inserted into the jointing hole 214 of the rotating tap 240 under the cap 140 of the grip 110. At this time, the ball 220 is installed in the side of the lever part 230 and elastically operated by a spring in the side to protrude partly from the side. Thus, when the ball is in the jointing hole, the ball 200 depresses the jointing hole 241 in the rotating tap 240 to connect the rotating tap 240 to the lever part 230. Therefore, by rotating the rotating tap 240, the stages of the guiding axis 210 connected to the lever part 230 are sequentially lifted up and down and the piston 130 connected to the upper part of the guiding axis 210 pushes the tooth powder in the containing hole 120, thereby pushing the tooth powder to the bristle part 180. As the upper part of the multi-stages guiding axis 210 is connected to the lower side of the piston 130, the tooth powder is not adhered to the circumference of the guiding axis 210 to make a smooth drawing out of the tooth powder. Further, when refilling the tooth powder, after separating the bristle part 180 from the screw part 170 of the grip 110, the tooth powder can be easily filled in the containing hole 120 through a screw hole for the screw part, which is formed in the upper side of the grip 110 and has a large diameter relatively to the prior art.

Industrial Applicability With the above description, according to the toothbrush of filling in the tooth powder of the present invention, as the rotating tap connected to the lower part of the grip of the toothbrush having tooth powder therein is rotated to lift up and down the piston coupled to the multi-stages guiding axis through a screw thread formed on the inner circumference of the containing hole, the tooth powder in the containing hole of the grip is easily drawn out through a passage. Thus, the toothbrush can be carried with easy and hygienic. While the present invention has been described and illustrated herein with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention covers the modifications and variations of this invention that come within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.
