Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a toothed belt having: tooth sections, a plurality of which are disposed at prescribed intervals in the longitudinal direction, and which have a rubber composition (A) as a base material; and a back section in which core wires are embedded, and which has a rubber composition (B) as a base material. The core wires comprise Lang's lay carbon fibres, and are formed so as to have a diameter of 1.1-2.5 mm inclusive. The rubber composition (B) which constitutes the back section has a JIS-A hardness of 80-89.
