Abstract:
This toothed cable (2) is provided with a cable body (21) and a cap (22) disposed at the tip of the cable body (21). The cap (22) is provided with an approximately conical tip (221) and an approximately cylindrical body (222) disposed at the base end of the tip (221). When moving in the curved guide path (50) of a guide member (5) from the side of the cap (22) towards the side of the cable body (21), the cap (22) of the toothed cable (2) moves so as to slide on the outside wall (502), and the toothed cable (2) is configured so as to suppress the angle θ at which the cap (22) sways due to the end region (214) on the cap (22) side of the cable body (21) contacting the inside wall (501) of the guide member (5) when the cap (22) of the toothed cable (2) slides on the edge (5021) of a recess (5020) of the guide member (5). With this configuration, when the cap provided on the end of the toothed cable moves guided by the guide member, the knocking sound occurring when the cap collides with the guide member is suppressed.
