The present application provides a top cover assembly and a secondary battery. The top cover assembly comprises: a cover plate, the cover plate being provided with a pillar hole; an annular raised portion, the annular raised portion surrounding the outer side edge of the pillar hole and being integrally formed with the cover plate; a pillar, the pillar being located on the inner side of the annular raised portion; and an annular fixing member, the annular fixing member being provided with a first accommodating recess fitting with the annular raised portion, the inner side edge of the annular fixing member abutting against the edge of the pillar, and the annular raised portion being arranged in the first accommodating recess. According to the present application, the annular raised portion and the cover plate are integrally formed, reducing assembly parts, and increasing the assembly efficiency; the inner side edge of the annular fixing member abuts against the edge of the pillar, and the annular raised portion is arranged in the first accommodating recess, so that the annular fixing member can be quickly mounted on the cover plate; and the edge of the pillar is compressed and fixed, thereby increasing the assembly efficiency.
