Abstract:
Provided is a top-emitting WOLED display. An optical modulation layer (3) having a uniform thickness is arranged between anode layers (51) of three subpixels RGB of a display and a reflective metal layer (2). The arrangement of the optical modulation layer (3) increases a distance between a WOLED layer (5) and the reflective metal layer (2), thereby increasing a total cavity length of a white OLED, and eliminating a microcavity effect of a top-emitting WOLED. The invention is suitable for manufacturing an AMOLED having a high resolution and a wide color gamut.
