Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a top-mounted driving device and an assembly method therefor, and a mixer vehicle. The top-mounted driving device comprises: a support, which has a support surface; an electric motor, which comprises a stator and a rotor, wherein the stator and the rotor are arranged in parallel, with an air gap surface formed therebetween, and the electric motor is connected to the support surface in a manner of the air gap surface being substantially parallel to the support surface; and a mixing drum, which is connected to the side of the support that is away from the support surface and is driven by the electric motor to rotate around a rotation axis. The distance from the center of gravity of the electric motor to the support is reduced, and an arm of force is smaller, such that a bending moment generated by the electric motor is smaller, the installation stability and reliability of the electric motor are improved, and the support is prevented from breaking, etc., due to it not being possible for the support to bear the deadweight of the electric motor. In addition, during the design of increasing the torque of the electric motor by means of increasing the air gap surface, the arm of force is always maintained within a relatively small range, such that a load on the support is smaller, and the design space is expanded.
