Abstract:
A top-opening dual sealing, three-piece anti-false plastic bottle closure,
composed of a cap body (11), a cap plug (21) and an external cap (31). The cylinder
of the upper part of the cap body (11) has external threads (12), the inner wall
of the cylinder forms a second cap conic opening (13), the inner wall of the lower
part of the cap body (11) has inward projections (14), the external wall of the
lower part of the cap body (11) has external projection rings (15), a bottle sealing
plug (16) is disposed inside the lower part of the cap body (11), and a first cap
conic opening (17) is formed inside the sealing plug (16). The cap plug (21) is
integral by two hollow cylinders connected, wherein the diameter of the upper
hollow cylinder is smaller than the diameter of the lower hollow cylinder, the
external wall of the lower cylinder of the cap plug (21) has protrusions (22) and
the inner wall of which has inner threads (23), the middle part of which has a first
conic stem (25), a second conic stem (26) is disposed around supporting ribs (24).
The external cap (31) is hollow cylinder, the inner wall of which has projections
(32), longitudinal props (33) are disposed upper the projections (32), and the
center of the top surface of the external cap (31) has a tear-off element (34).
The closure has a simple structure, a lower cost and achieves better seal performance.
