Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a formulation technology for a topical composition comprising diphenhydramine and/or a salt thereof; glycyrrhizic acid, a derivative thereof, and/or a salt of the preceding; allantoin and/or a derivative thereof; and a heparinoid, whereby the discoloration produced by storage can be inhibited and an excellent formulation stability is provided. [Solution] The discoloration produced by storage can be inhibited and an excellent formulation stability can be provided, by a topical composition in which a sorbitan fatty acid ester and/or a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether is combined and blended with diphenhydramine and/or a salt thereof; glycyrrhizic acid, a derivative thereof, and/or a salt of the preceding; allantoin and/or a derivative thereof; and a heparinoid.
