Abstract:
The present invention relates to a toroidal motor in which a coil is wound around a yoke and, more particularly, to a toroidal motor in which a sufficient insulation distance from a rotor side housing can be secured by starting winding of the coil from the inside of the yoke, a busbar assembly is disposed on an upper portion of the yoke such that the connection between a busbar and the coil is facilitated, and the busbar is configured not to cover a slot through which cooling air flows such that cooling performance is secured and the overall structure of the motor is simplified at the same time.
