The present invention relates to a magnet-integrated-type torque angle sensor module and, more particularly, to a torque angle sensor module that integrates magnets used for detecting steering direction, steering angle, torque, and steering speed and simplifies component configuration, so as to be capable of minimizing the rate of defects during assembly, improving disassembling ability, and inducing performance stabilization. To this end, as a torque angle sensor module disposed between a steering input shaft and output shaft, the present invention is configured comprising: a case housing having an upper case and a lower case coupled top-to-bottom to form a fixed receiving space therein, and having an input shaft inserted in through the top side thereof and an output shaft inserted in through the bottom side thereof; a stator disposed inside the case housing and connected to and rotating together with the input shaft; a rotor disposed apart from and at the inner circumferential surface of the stator, connected to and rotating together with the output shaft, and having a first magnet and a second magnet which have multiple poles and are respectively formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof; an angle sensor installed to the outside of the first magnet of the rotor, detecting a magnetic flux of the first magnet of the rotor, and detecting the amount of rotation of the output shaft; a torque sensor installed to the outside of the second magnet of the rotor, detecting a magnetic flux of the second magnet of the rotor, and detecting the amount of torque between the input shaft and the output shaft; and a PCB substrate electrically connecting the angle sensor and the torque sensor.
