Abstract:

A torsion sensor for a moped scooter. The torsion sensor comprises: a torsion sleeve (200) capable of rotating along with an intermediate shaft (100), wherein one end of the torsion sleeve is fixedly connected to the intermediate shaft (100), and the other end thereof is connected to an output portion (300); a magnetic conductive element (201), which is arranged on an outer surface of the torsion sleeve (200) and can rotate along with the torsion sleeve (200) to deform; and a support assembly (202), which is sleeved on the torsion sleeve (200) and provided with a coil assembly (203) and a circuit board (204), wherein the coil assembly (203) is electrically connected to the circuit board (204), and the coil assembly (203) is located on the portion of the support assembly (202) that covers the magnetic conductive element (201). The magnetic conductive element (201) rotates along with the torsion sleeve (200) to deform, thereby changing a magnetic flux. A detection assembly detects the magnitude of change in the magnetic flux to detect a change of torsion, thereby improving the detection precision. In addition, the change of torsion can be detected merely by stressing the intermediate shaft (100) to deform the magnetic conductive element (201), therefore static and dynamic torsion can be detected, and thus the working performance is more stable and reliable.
