Abstract:
A torsion spring variable damping rotary shaft comprising a moving unit (1), a fixed unit (2), a first connecting mechanism (3), a second connecting mechanism (4), and a torsion spring (5). The fixed unit (2) is detachably inserted into the moving unit (1). The first connecting mechanism (3) is provided in an inner portion of the fixed unit (2). The first connecting mechanism (3) is connected to an end portion of the fixed unit (2). The torsion spring (5) is sleeved on to the first connecting mechanism (3). One end of the torsion spring (5) is inserted into the fixed unit (2), and the other end of the torsion spring (5) is inserted into the moving unit (1). The second connecting mechanism (4) is provided in the moving unit (1), and operates in cooperation with the first connecting mechanism (3). The second connecting mechanism (4) rotates on the first connecting mechanism (3), and is used to drive the moving unit (1) to move towards the fixed unit (2). When rotating on the first connecting mechanism (3), the second connecting mechanism (4) drives the moving unit (1) to move towards the fixed unit (2), thereby expanding a movement space of the second connecting mechanism (4), allowing maximum compression and extension of the torsion spring (5), improving an application range of the torsion spring variable damping rotary shaft, and facilitating easier mounting and removal of the fixed unit (2) and the moving unit (1).
