Abstract:
Provided is a torsion test device. The torsion test device comprises a worktable, a test mechanism and a display mechanism, wherein the test mechanism is arranged on the worktable; and the display mechanism is arranged on a side of the worktable and electrically connected to the test mechanism. The test mechanism comprises a sensor, a clamping assembly, a driving assembly and an adjusting assembly, wherein the sensor is arranged on the worktable and electrically connected to the display mechanism; the clamping assembly is arranged on the sensor; the driving assembly is arranged on the worktable and located on a side of the clamping assembly; and the adjusting assembly is arranged on the worktable and connected to the driving assembly. Further provided is a test method using a torsion test device. The torsion test device of the present invention is simple in terms of structure, and rotation torsion between a gear shaft and a gear can be measured by means of the test mechanism. The entire test process is automatic, the test speed is high, and a test result is accurate.
