Abstract:
A touch control display device of the present invention. When second electrodes are formed, the second electrodes are respectively connected in series horizontally and vertically so that side crosswise networks which are insulated from each other are formed, namely, touch control sensing layers are formed, and a touch control function is integrated into an organic light-emitting diode. The structure is simple, it is not necessary to additionally set touch control components, the light-emitting efficiency is high, and the response speed is quick. In the preparation method for a touch control display device of the present invention, second electrodes are prepared in structures which are respectively connected in series horizontally and vertically, so that a touch control function can be integrated via a mature photoetching and etching process while completing the preparation of an organic light-emitting diode. The preparation method is simple, and process costs are low.
