Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a touch display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method comprises: forming a plurality of touch lines, an insulating layer and a plurality of first electrodes on a substrate, the insulating layer covering the touch lines and being provided with at least one via hole corresponding to each of the touch lines, the first electrodes being arranged on one side of the insulating layer away from the touch lines; forming a barrier wall in each via hole, and forming barrier walls at predetermined positions at which no touch electrode is formed in spacers between the plurality of first electrodes; forming a light-emitting layer and a second electrode layer, the second electrode layer being formed on one side of the light-emitting layer away from the substrate; removing the barrier walls and the light-emitting layer and the portion of the second electrode layer formed on the barrier walls, the remaining portions of the second electrode layer forming a plurality of touch electrodes arranged spaced apart from each other in rows and columns; forming a conductive structure in each via hole, each conductive structure electrically connecting a touch line corresponding to that conductive structure to a touch electrode corresponding to the touch line.
