Abstract:
A touch panel inspection device and system, which are used to inspect a metal grid (10) on a touch panel, wherein row direction channels and column direction channels on the metal grid (10) are all composed of touch units connected to one another. In the touch panel inspection device (20), a signal transceiving assembly (21) comprises a signal generating unit (211) and a signal receiving unit (212), which are arranged on the same surface of the metal grid (10) at preset relative positions and which send and receive signals by means of respective capacitive coupling with the metal grid (10). A defect inspection unit (22) is used to inspect each touch unit in the metal grid (10) according to inspection signals received by the signal receiving unit (212). Thus, inspection for defects on metal grids (10) of touch panels is achieved, and the positioning of defects in touch units may be achieved, thereby improving the reliability of inspection.
