Disclosed are a touch sensor (100) and an electronic device having same. The touch sensor (100) comprises a grid electrode layer (102), the grid electrode layer (102) comprising a plurality of touch driving channels (2), a plurality of sensing channels (3) and an antenna channel (1), wherein the plurality of touch driving channels (2) and the plurality of sensing channels (3) are arranged in a staggered manner, two adjacent touch driving channels (2) are electrically isolated, each touch driving channel (2) comprises a plurality of first grids (21), the plurality of first grids (21) are mutually connected, each sensing channel (3) comprises a plurality of second grids (31), two second grids (31) of two adjacent sensing channels (3) are electrically connected by means of a conductive bridge (4), the antenna channel (1) comprises at least one antenna segment (11), one end of each antenna segment (11) is in coupling connection with at least one second grid (31), and the antenna channel (1), the plurality of touch driving channels (2) and the plurality of sensing channels (3) are all located in the same plane.
