Abstract:
A dispenser (10) has a base (16) which includes an open connecting end (20) positioned at one end of the base. The open connecting end is configured to permit the dispenser (10) to be releasably coupled to an object. The base includes arms (18, 24). The dispenser is configured to hold a roll of sheet material.
