Abstract:

A toxic gas cleaning and early warning device. The device comprises a machine box (1), wherein a first air intake pipe (2) is in communication with one side of the bottom end of the machine box (1) in an embedded manner, and a second air intake pipe (3) is in communication with the bottom end of the machine box (1) in a welded manner; a mounting support (4) is mounted at the bottom end of the first air inlet pipe (2) by means of bolts; a toxic gas detector (5) is mounted at the bottom end of the mounting support (4) by means of bolts; an air extracting pump (6) is in communication with the top end of the machine box (1) in a welded manner; and a case (8) is mounted at the top end of the machine box (1) by means of bolts. The device is scientific and rational in structure and is safe and convenient to use. Gas can be tested by means of the toxic gas detector (5) mounted at the bottom end of the mounting support (4) by means of bolts; and information detected by the toxic gas detector (5) can be transmitted to a processor (22) by means of a WiFi data transmitter (21) embedded inside the case (8) so as to be subjected to analysis and processing, and control information which is converted after processing is transmitted to a driving controller (20), so as to regulate and control an electronic mechanism of the whole apparatus, thereby achieving a toxic gas cleaning and early warning operation.
