The present application discloses a toy delay trigger device and a multifunctional linkage toy. The toy delay trigger device is disposed on a toy having a main body and an ejecting part. The ejecting part is used for ejecting out of the main body a second toy on the main body. The toy delay trigger device comprises: a mating part, which is disposed on the ejecting part; a delay part, which is installed on the main body; the delay part is configured to be fitted with the mating part; in the stroke of an ejecting action of the ejecting part, the mating part is first fitted to the delay part and then disconnected from the delay part; when the mating part is fitted to the delay part, the ejecting speed of the ejecting part is lowered; after the mating part is disconnected from the delay part, the ejecting part resumes the original ejecting speed and ejects the second toy out of the main body. In this way, the toy delay trigger device of the present application can delay ejecting the second toy by the ejector, such that the rhythm of playing the multifunctional linkage toy can be slowed down, and the playability of the multifunctional linkage toy can be improved, bringing surprises to players.
