Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a toy in which a stored object pops out of a storage box due to a specific operation performed via an operating tool, the toy being easy to play with repeatedly and having high playability. This toy comprises a storage box, a stored object, and an operating tool. The storage box is provided with a storage part in which the stored object is stored, a locking member that disengagably locks to the stored object in a state of being stored in the storage part, a switching mechanism that switches between a locked state in which the locking member and the stored object are locked and a released state in which the locking is released, and a linking means that links the switching mechanism and the operating tool together. The operating tool is configured so as to be operable in one direction and such that the operating amount thereof increases monotonically in a plurality of steps. The switching mechanism is configured so as to execute switching from the locked state to the released state, causing the stored object to come out of the storage part, when a release position is reached at which the operation amount of the operating tool in one direction in the locked state is a prescribed amount.
