Abstract:
The invention relates to a system (1) that traces picked edible products placed in first containers (6-1 – 6-16) which are emptied into second containers (7-1 – 7-6). Each first container (6-1 – 6-16) comprises a sensor (11) which determines a first fill status item of information, and a first communication device (12) which is associated with a first container identifier and which, at the start of each emptying into a second container (7-1 – 7-6), determines the identifier of the second container and the first item of information so as to store both in a first record together with the first container identifier. The system (1) also comprises a transport device (8) comprising a second communication device (13) determining the second container identifier, geographical position and time of removal of a second container (7-1 – 7-6) in order to store them in a second record, and a third communication device (9) collecting the first and second records with a view to accurate tracing.
