Abstract:
A tracheal intubation device for a difficult airway, comprising a first fixing plate (1), a second fixing plate (2), and an intubation assembly (3) arranged above the first fixing plate (1). Guide rods (4) are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the back of the first fixing plate (1). The present invention relates to the technical field of tracheal intubation assistance equipment. According to the tracheal intubation device for a difficult airway, by means of arrangement of the first fixing plate (1), the second fixing plate (2), a position-limiting plate (7), a second lead screw (8), a moving plate (9), an elastic position-limiting mechanism (10), and a clamping plate (11), the temples and the lower jaw of the head of a patient are fixed; under cooperative arrangement of the guide rods (4), a linkage plate (5) and a first lead screw (6), the distance between the first fixing plate (1) and the second fixing plate (2) can be adjusted, so that the device can limit and fix heads of different sizes; and directly fixing a mouth positioning mechanism (12) on the device can free hands of doctors and provide convenience for subsequent intubation of the doctors, thereby ensuring the intubation efficiency and quality.
